The guarantee

If the $149 program isn't right for you, email [email protected] within 14 days of your purchase and we'll refund you in full. No questions asked.

How to request a refund

Send us the email address you signed up with and, if you have it, your purchase receipt. We'll confirm your refund by email. Requests go to [email protected].

How refunds are issued

We refund to the original payment method through Stripe. It usually appears in 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

If you're in the EU or UK

Digital products like FluentWorkForce are delivered instantly, which under EU and UK consumer law can end your 14-day right of withdrawal as soon as you start using what you bought — but only if you've explicitly asked for instant access and acknowledged that you're giving up that right. At checkout, we ask you to confirm both of those things before you complete your purchase.

Even so, we apply the same 14-day money-back guarantee described above to every purchase, EU/UK or not. In practice, you get the full 14 days either way.
