FluentWorkForce is an online, self-paced training program that teaches non-technical professionals how to use Microsoft Copilot, delivered through app.fluentworkforce.com. The program has six modules, AI-graded exercises, a practice sandbox, a daily refresher, and a certificate on completion. These terms govern your use of the FluentWorkForce site and app, and by creating an account or making a purchase, you agree to them. "We", "us", and "our" mean Two Syllable LLC.
You need an account to use FluentWorkForce, created by signing in with your Google or Microsoft account. You must be at least 16 years old and provide accurate information. Keep your sign-in credentials secure — you're responsible for activity on your account. Certificates are issued to the individual who completed the assessment, so accounts aren't meant to be shared.
Module 1 (Copilot Fundamentals) is free and doesn't require a credit card. Modules 2 through 6, the capstone agent project, the certification assessment, and the certificate unlock with a one-time payment of $149, processed by Stripe. This is a single payment, not a subscription — once you pay, you have lifetime access to the version of the program you purchased. If we substantially revise the curriculum later, we may offer upgrades separately rather than automatically enrolling existing purchasers; we'll tell you if that happens. Exercises are graded and given feedback by an AI system (Google Vertex AI / Gemini). This feedback is guidance to help you learn, not professional, legal, or business advice, and it can be wrong or incomplete. Use your own judgment, and don't rely on it for decisions where being wrong would have serious consequences.
A FluentWorkForce certificate confirms that you completed the certification assessment at a passing standard at the time it was issued. Each certificate has a unique ID that can be verified through our verification page. A certificate is not an accredited professional qualification or licence, and doesn't guarantee any employment or business outcome. We can revoke a certificate if we find it was obtained through fraud, cheating, or a violation of these terms.
The course content — videos, text, exercises, the sandbox, and the underlying platform — belongs to Two Syllable LLC or our licensors, and is provided for your personal, non-commercial learning use only. Anything you submit as an exercise or in the capstone project remains yours. By submitting it, you give us a licence to store, process, and use it to grade your work, improve our grading system, and operate the service. We won't publish your submissions publicly without asking you first.
FluentWorkForce is provided "as is". We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated feedback will always be accurate. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.
To the extent the law allows, Two Syllable LLC's total liability for any claim arising from these terms or the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data.
You can stop using the service at any time. We can suspend or terminate your account for violating these terms, for non-payment, or if we're required to by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — continue to apply after your account ends.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute goes to the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we'll notify account holders by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use FluentWorkForce after a change takes effect means you accept the new terms.
